At LinguaFlowPro, we strive to deliver high-quality AI-powered English speaking practice software. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund of your ₹1500 subscription fee if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is made within 48 hours (2 days) of your purchase timestamp.
  • You have not activated or used the license key for more than 30 minutes of cumulative practice time.
  • The Software has a technical issue that prevents basic functionality on your Windows 10/11 system, and our support team cannot resolve it within 24 hours of your report.
  • You provide your purchase transaction ID and the email used for purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 48 hours of purchase
  • If you have used the Software for more than 30 minutes
  • If the Software works correctly but does not meet subjective expectations of improvement
  • If you change your mind after license activation
  • If your system does not meet the minimum requirements (Windows 10/11 with working microphone)
  • If you have violated our Terms & Conditions

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit your refund request via email as described above.

  3. We may ask for additional information or troubleshooting steps.
  4. If eligible, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  5. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Cancellation Policy

Since LinguaFlowPro subscriptions are for a fixed 15-day period and do not auto-renew, no cancellation is needed. The access simply expires after 15 days.

Before requesting a refund for technical issues, please:

  • Ensure your system meets requirements (Windows 10/11)
  • Check your microphone permissions and functionality
  • Contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance
