Welcome to LinguaFlowPro! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LinguaFlowPro software and website operated by Campus Connect Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Software" refers to the LinguaFlowPro application for Windows 10/11.
  • "Subscription" refers to the 15-day access period purchased for ₹1500.
  • "User" or "You" refers to the individual who purchases and uses the Software.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in India to use our Services.

3. License Grant

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Install and use the Software on one Windows 10/11 device
  • Access the AI feedback features for the duration of your 15-day subscription
  • Use the Software for personal, non-commercial English speaking practice

You may not: reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or share your license key.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • The current subscription fee is ₹1500 for 15 days of access.
  • Payment is processed securely via Cashfree Payments. We do not store your payment card details.
  • The subscription begins immediately upon successful payment and license activation.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must purchase a new subscription after expiry.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for license activation
  • Use the Software only on compatible Windows 10/11 systems
  • Not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to bypass any security or licensing mechanisms

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including AI models, algorithms, and website content, are owned by Campus Connect Private Limited. These Terms grant you only a license to use, not ownership of, the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the AI feedback will be 100% accurate or that the Software will meet all your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Campus Connect Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall the Software.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pilani, Rajasthan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
